What is the minimum order cost or quantity for delivery?

We have no order minimums for delivery, but we provide free delivery in Sydney for orders over $500.

For regional and interstate orders, there is no minimum order size, but delivery fees will apply depending on your location and order weight. Standard Flat rate -$10

What is your delivery area?

We provide deliveries Australia wide through our trusted delivery partner. We also cheaper pallet shipping options for customers with a wholesale business account.

How quickly can you deliver my order?

1-2 business days is our standard delivery time for orders in Sydney. Delivery to regional areas or interstate typically takes 3-5 business days.

4) How soon will my wholesale account be activated when I sign up?We will finalise your wholesale account as soon as possible, typically within 1–2 business days.

Can I use the same email address for shopping Retail and Wholesale pricing?

No, unfortunately you may only register an email address under one price level (either Retail OR Wholesale). If you would like to shop both price levels you must create a separate account using an alternative email address.
